The Delaware State Senate Democratic Caucus Campaign Committee is seeking a skilled campaigner to help key candidates in their 2026 primary and general elections.
We are looking for a passionate, organized campaigner who has a working knowledge of Votebuilder and best practices for harnessing volunteers, launching canvasses and phone banks, and keeping our candidates organized and on task.
The Campaign Coordinator will work 15-20 hours per week across multiple senate campaigns. The Campaign Coordinator will work directly with each Senator and their teams, but will also report to Caucus Leadership and Leadership staff. The position will pay $2,000 per month.
Requirements
At least 1+ cycles of campaign experience in Delaware
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Proven fluency with VAN, Mobilize, and other organizing tools
Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment, work long hours including weekends, and manage high pressure situations
Access to a reliable vehicle, laptop and cell phone required
Ability to commute regularly to New Castle County
Key Responsibilities

Scheduling and volunteer-recruitment for voter contact events

Overseeing the set-up and execution of voter contact efforts through canvass launches, phone banking and text banking

Developing systems and processes that drive accountability and data integrity
